About Me
I never truly knew how to navigate relationships.
No matter how much I cared or how hard I tried, things always fell apart. I’d find myself overthinking, feeling anxious, shutting down, or pushing people away—only to end up heartbroken and confused. It felt like love worked for everyone but me.

I read the books. I listened to the advice. I tried to “fix” myself. But nothing changed.

Until one day, everything clicked.

That Realization Changed My Life.
A mentor introduced me to attachment theory, and for the first time, I saw my patterns clearly. I wasn’t broken—I was just wired for relationships in a way that was keeping me stuck. My fear of abandonment, my tendency to chase or shut down, my deep longing for connection yet inability to sustain it… it all made sense.

That realization sent me on a decade-long journey of healing, learning, and unlearning. I dove into attachment theory, NLP, somatics, and spiritual practices that helped me rewire my patterns. I did the hard, uncomfortable work of facing my fears, healing my nervous system, and learning how to actually receive love without sabotaging it.

And it worked.
I met someone incredible, built a deeply secure relationship, and for the first time in my life, I felt safe in love. No more walking on eggshells. No more second-guessing every text. Just a healthy and safe connection.

Through This Journey,
I Found My Purpose:
I’ve worked with single moms, CEOs, celebrities, and everyday people who felt stuck in relationships—guiding them to understand their patterns, heal their insecurities, and finally experience the love they’ve always wanted. Because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to think love just isn’t meant for you. And I also know that’s not true.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about understanding yourself, rewiring your patterns, and stepping into a version of you that feels safe, loved, and worthy.
That’s what I help people do.
